We produce our honey in seasonal batches, depending on what our bees collect throughout the year. This honey is produced from the rich natural forage of local oilseed rape fields, early flowering hedgerows, and spring blossoms. It is raw and unpasteurised, preserving all its natural flavours and goodness exactly as it comes from the hive.
Once this batch is gone, it won’t be back until the next harvest.
All honey is extracted and handled in a registered food production environment with a 5-star food hygiene rating, ensuring quality, traceability, and safe handling at every stage.
