SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

We currently deliver to the UK ONLY

Parcel size:-

 

  • Standard delivery £3.95 through Royal Mail

  • It will take approximately 48hrs to process your order ready for dispatch as we handmake your order

  • Your order will be delivered in approximately 3-5 working days thereafter, postage will be delivered by royal mail as second class 

  • Should you decide to cancel your order after it has been dispatched before arriving to you it is then up to the customer to pay for any fees included in the returns, after then receiving your order back to us we will only refund the original order value and no postage costs.

  • Should your items ordered arrive damaged please email us to arrange either a refund or a replacement

  • Should your order not arrive ( please allow up to 10 working days due to Covid 19 or Christmas period when the postal service is very busy) ) we will keep in contact with you so please contact us within 5 working days to notify us that your parcel hasn't arrived so we can begin to track your order in the system and get back to you with an update as soon as we have information.  We are unable to issue any refunds or replacements of missing parcels until 14 days after 

    dispatch.

         Reusable Beeswax Food Wraps Delivery

    ximum of 4 wraps per parcel rate £2.00 ( not including the 60cm x 60cm wraps )

  • All hand made and require 48hrs to make

  • Approximately your parcel will be delivered in 3-5 working days after the 48hrs in which to process your order

  • All 60cm wraps ordered will be charged at standard delivery

  • If ordered with any other products or over maximum quantity (4) please choose standard delivery charge

We personally hand craft all our beeswax items so larger orders may take 48hrs to process please be aware of this when placing your order. Please refer to guidelines above for further information on delivery as these are the terms of the courier.

 

 Collection is available from events or from our workshop ( appointment required)

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Should your purchase arrive and it is damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us apon receiving the item within 48hrs. We will be happy to resolve any issues you may have.

Additionally please, pop your unused item back into the original packaging and return to us .

We can only issue you a refund once we get your package back please see statements above in returns

Should you have not ordered your product directly from us please return or contact the store to which it had been purchased for further advise

Customers will be responsible for returns postage cost
