Parcel size:-

up to 2 kg First Class - £4.70, 1-3 business days

up to 2 kg Second Class -£3.80, 2-5 business days

up to 5kg First Class -£7.25, 1-3 business days

up to 5kg Second Class -£8.35, 2-5 business days

•  Our main courier is Royal Mail, you will receive an email when your product has been dispatched with a tracking number.

• It will take approximately 24hours to process your order ready for dispatch as we handmake every order from scratch

• Your order will be delivered in a time frame depending on which postage you choose. 

• Collection orders - You will receive an email when your product is ready for collection.

• Free local delivery - You can choose the day and time at checkout, we will notify you when we are on our way and when we have delivered your parcel.

• Orders over £60.00 are free delivery - Tracked 48 service will be used and a tracking number supplied to you 

• Should your items ordered arrive damaged please refer to out returns policy page

• Late parcels - Please notify us if your parcel is running late, we will contact the courier and request an update. Please note we are not responsible for the couriers delivery times, we are given times as a guidance to when your parcel can be delivered.

We personally hand craft all our beeswax items so larger orders may take 48hrs to make,  please be aware of this when placing your order. Please refer to guidelines above for further information on delivery as these are the terms of the courier.
