Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website or placing an order. By accessing this website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Orders & Processing

All orders are subject to availability and full payment being received.

Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment. Production times may vary depending on the product ordered. Standard preparation time is up to three working days unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will not be processed until the following Monday due to operational commitments across our apiary sites.

Where an order contains items with different preparation times, the order will be dispatched together once all items are ready, unless otherwise agreed.

During peak periods (including holidays and Christmas), processing times may be extended. Customers are advised to check Royal Mail’s recommended last posting dates.

You will receive notification when your order has been dispatched or is ready for collection.

If your order has not arrived within 7 days of dispatch confirmation, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by email.

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Refunds or replacements will be processed once the returned goods have been received and inspected.

If a product was not purchased directly from Stax Of Wax Ltd, you must contact the retailer from whom it was purchased.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided for genuine faults or issues in accordance with UK consumer law.

We do not offer refunds for products that have been substantially used (for example, more than 60% consumed) unless a manufacturing fault is present.

Customers are encouraged to contact us promptly if any issue arises so we can resolve it quickly.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your statutory rights.

Customers must follow all usage guidance provided on our website, including our Tips & Guidance page.

If you experience any adverse reaction to skincare or related products, discontinue use immediately and seek appropriate medical advice.

5. Subscriptions

By subscribing to any subscription service, you agree to the minimum term specified at the time of purchase.

To cancel a subscription, please contact us via email or our contact form. Cancellations will be processed in accordance with the subscription terms agreed at sign-up.

We do not automatically renew subscriptions without customer consent.

10. Maker & Product Usage Policy

Stax Of Wax Ltd designs, manufactures and supplies handcrafted products intended for normal consumer use.

Customers are required to follow all product usage instructions provided on our website or packaging.

We do not accept liability for damage, injury, or product failure resulting from:

• Failure to follow safety guidance

• Incorrect burning of candles

• Use of products in ways not intended by the manufacturer

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are used safely and in accordance with guidance provided.

Stax Of Wax Ltd products are handcrafted candles intended for normal domestic decorative and supervised use only.

Customers must follow all safety instructions provided on packaging and website guidance pages.

Never leave burning candles unattended.

Candles must be placed on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from:

• Flammable materials

• Drafts and air currents

• Children and pets

Trim candle wicks before each use.

Discontinue use of the candle when approximately 1cm of wax remains.

Stax Of Wax Ltd accepts no liability for damage, injury, or loss arising from misuse, neglect, or failure to follow safety guidance.
