Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website or placing an order. By accessing this website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Orders & Processing
All orders are subject to availability and full payment being received.
Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment. Standard preparation time is up to 3 working days unless otherwise stated on the product listing.
Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be processed from the following Monday due to operational schedules across our apiary sites.
Where an order contains items with different preparation times, the order will be dispatched once all items are ready, unless otherwise agreed.
During peak periods (including holidays and Christmas), processing times may be extended. Customers are advised to refer to Royal Mail’s recommended last posting dates.
You will receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched or is ready for collection.
If your order has not arrived within 7 days of dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.
2. Shipping, Returns & Damaged Items
Full shipping information is provided on our Shipping Policy page.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Items must be returned unused and in original packaging where applicable. Refunds or replacements will be issued once goods have been received and inspected.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We do not offer refunds for substantially used products unless a manufacturing fault is proven.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
3. Product Use, Safety & Liability
Customers are responsible for using all products safely and in accordance with any instructions provided on our website or packaging.
This includes (but is not limited to) candles, wax melts, skincare, and home care products.
Failure to follow safety guidance may result in damage, injury, or product failure for which Stax Of Wax Ltd cannot be held responsible.
If you experience any irritation or adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice where appropriate.
Products are handcrafted, and natural variations in colour, scent, and appearance may occur.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stax Of Wax Ltd accepts no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from misuse of products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
4. Subscriptions & Loyalty Program
Where applicable, subscription services are subject to the minimum term agreed at purchase.
Cancellation requests must be made via email or our contact form and will be processed in line with the agreed terms.
We do not automatically renew subscriptions without customer consent.
We operate a loyalty program (“The Hive Rewards”). By joining, you agree that:

Points are awarded on qualifying purchases only

5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, product photography, branding, designs, text, and logos, is the property of Stax Of Wax Ltd and protected under UK intellectual property law.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
6. Customer Conduct & Fair Use
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to our services where customer behaviour is deemed abusive, fraudulent, or unreasonable.
This includes misuse of refund systems, repeated chargebacks, or attempts to exploit policies in bad faith.
All customers are expected to communicate respectfully and in accordance with our published policies and UK law.
7. Product Safety & Recalls
In the unlikely event of a product safety issue, we may issue a product recall or safety notice.
Customers must discontinue use immediately and follow any instructions provided.
We will contact affected customers where purchase information is available.
8. Marketplace Sales
For purchases made via third-party platforms (including Amazon and eBay):

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES
We currently DO NOT accept wholesale orders on our products, this especially includes our beeswax candles or any bulk buy beeswax and we DO NOT offer white label service
We DO NOT offer discounts to large purchases, so please don't ask, we are very competitive already as your getting your product direct
We currently only except payments made through stripe card payments
Your personal information is only used to complete your order and is not collected or given out other than using stripe third party.
Your details will not be given to third parties, however your email address and telephone number may be used to give you information about your orders arrival time, a point of contact should we need to inform you of anything and to let you know about the offers we are having, sales, new products and such like .
Should you wish for this not to happen please contact us and we will remove you from the mailing list.
We do not store your details .
