1. Your Right to Cancel (Online Orders)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery by emailing:

 staxofwaxltd@gmail.com

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

2. Refunds

Once we receive the returned goods, we will issue a refund within 14 days.

Refunds will include:

  • The cost of the item(s)

  • The standard delivery charge (if applicable)

Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

3. Condition of Returned Goods

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • In their original packaging

  • In resaleable condition

We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if goods show signs of excessive handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

You are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless they are faulty or incorrect.

4. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to:

  • A repair or replacement, or

  • A full refund if the item is faulty

We may request photographic evidence before issuing a replacement or refund.

Return postage for faulty or incorrect items will be covered by us.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Personalised or custom-made goods

  • Items made to your specific requirements

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once opened

6. Products That Have Been Used

We cannot offer refunds on products that have been substantially used unless a manufacturing fault is present.

If you experience any issues, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the matter.

7. How to Return an Item

Please email us first to obtain return instructions.

Customers are responsible for ensuring returned goods are adequately packaged. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

8.Personalised & Made-to-Order Products

Certain products sold by Stax Of Wax Ltd are personalised, custom-labelled, blended to order, or made to a customer’s specific colour or fragrance selection.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the 14-day cancellation right does not apply to:

  • Custom-labelled products

  • Made-to-order fragrance blends

  • Coloured candles produced to customer specification

  • Any product created specifically to your requirements

Once production has begun, orders for these items cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the product is faulty.
