About Us

Our Buzzing Journey

We are a family-run business based in Lincolnshire, UK, producing raw honey and handcrafted beeswax products inspired by the countryside around us.

What started as a single hive, originally intended for a small holding, quickly grew into a genuine family passion — something the whole family continues to be involved in today.

Using wax from our own bees, we began making beeswax candles and producing small batches of local honey, selling locally as we grew. Today, our honey and beeswax still come from our own family-run hives, now spread across several apiary sites in the surrounding villages of Louth and the Lincolnshire Wolds.

Each jar of honey and piece of wax we produce reflects the seasons, the forage available to our bees, and the landscape they come from — carrying a story from the Lincolnshire countryside straight to your home.

We follow traditional beekeeping methods, working closely with nature to ensure our bees are properly cared for and that our honey and beeswax products remain as pure and natural as possible.

Our passion for bees extends beyond our products. We are actively involved as volunteers in the local beekeeping community, regularly taking part in competitions, regional shows, and ongoing training.

Our work reflects years of hands-on experience, competition recognition, and a strong commitment to beekeeping. Today, our products are trusted by over 15 independent retailers across Louth, the Lincolnshire coast, and beyond.

We are proud to share our craft, support local events, and help new and fellow beekeepers wherever we can.

Our Approach

Every jar of honey and every piece of wax carries a story — shaped by the seasons, the forage available to our bees, and the care taken throughout the process.

Our focus is on creating simple, natural products that fit into everyday life — whether that’s a jar of raw honey, a beeswax candle, or natural skincare made from our own hives.

We’re proud to share our craft, support local events, and help new and fellow beekeepers wherever we can.

Our Apiary Sites

Our apiaries are located across the Lincolnshire coast and Wolds, giving our bees access to a wide range of forage throughout the seasons.

From early sources like willow, hazel, and lime trees, to oilseed rape in spring and wildflowers, field beans, and hedgerows in the summer months, this natural variety helps shape the flavour and character of our honey.

By keeping our apiaries spread across different areas, we ensure our bees have plenty of space and access to diverse pollen and nectar sources.

Processes

Our honey and beeswax are produced naturally by our bees as they collect nectar and pollen throughout the season.

When the honey is ready, it is carefully extracted, filtered, and jarred in small batches. The beeswax from our hives is also filtered and used to create our range of beeswax products.

We follow responsible beekeeping practices, taking only what is needed and always prioritising the health and wellbeing of our bees so they continue to thrive year after year.
