What makes this fudge special?
Unlike many honey-flavoured sweets, this fudge is made using real honey supplied directly from our families hives.
Our bees forage across the Lincolnshire countryside, gathering nectar from crops, hedgerows, wildflowers and blossom throughout the season. The honey produced reflects the local landscape and helps give this fudge its distinctive character.
Combined with traditional fudge-making methods, the result is a smooth, creamy confectionery with a natural honey flavour that isn't overpowering.
