From Our Hives to Your Table
Every jar begins with our own bees, foraging across the Lincolnshire countryside around Louth and the Lincolnshire Wolds.
 
Our honey is raw, lightly strained and never heat treated. Because honey is shaped by the flowers available to our bees, its colour, flavour and aroma can naturally vary from harvest to harvest.
 
The fudge is made for us by The Fudge Lady using honey from our own family hives, bringing together traditional handmade fudge with the natural sweetness of Lincolnshire honey.
