Regularly inspect your burner for cracks or damage.
No Water, Please!:
Never add water to your wax burner or warmer.
Safety First:
Keep the burner out of reach of children and pets.
Never leave a lit candle unattended.
Place the burner on a heatproof surface, away from furniture, curtains, and other flammable materials.
Remember that burners can get very hot, so avoid moving them until they’ve completely cooled down.
Using Wax Melts:
Place the wax melt in the dish on top of your burner.
Light an unscented tealight and place it in the bottom of the burner.
Replace the tealight as needed.
Should your item/s arrive damaged you have the right to return it to us and receive a replacement on the agreement that the item is returned with the invoice and is in all original packaging. Please email within 48hrs of receiving the product and returned by 14 days.
